Partnership Development Group, Inc. helps people live independently.

PDG serves consumers in five counties in Maryland, in addition to Baltimore City. The major programs are:

  • Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
  • Day Program
  • Comprehensive Case Management
  • Forensic Case Management, and
  • Services to Youth in Transition.

PDG serves consumers as young as 16, and has specialized services for Deaf individuals in the community.  We provide services to consumers with a broad range of disabilities and mental health diagnoses.  PDG promotes recovery, self-sufficiency, and fulfillment.

Providing one-dimensional assistance would prevent us from being able to fully serve our consumers; therefore we deliver a wide variety of services. With the depth of services provided, and broad range of consumers served, PDG works to provide our consumers with not only support, but with the means to facilitate true recovery and rehabilitation.

PDGRS helps people get back to work.
 
PDGRS delivers a full range of services facilitating the return to employment for people with disabilities.
 
Established in 2004, PDG Rehabilitation Services is committed to serving “the most difficult to serve”.  Primary disabling conditions of program participants are:

  • Serious and persistent mental illness
  • Addiction
  • Physical disability
  • Deaf or hard-of-hearing
  • Brain injury

PDG Rehabilitation Services provides high-quality; ethical; and cost-effective services to help people with serious disabilities reach their goals.  Our mission is to transform individuals from consumers of government services into economically self-sufficient taxpaying members of the community.
