I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy interacting with your staff. I have enjoyed that interaction all along but in the past couple of weeks things have been even more outstanding.
Today I was in a meeting with Theresa and Kristina in which we were able to develop a plan for a client that we hope will prevent future incarcerations due to his need for such comprehensive services. We were able to pull several agencies together to talk about services and discuss this with the client.
Theresa is always helpful and responds quickly when I need to contact her.
Jenny has arranged some excellent aftercare plans in the past several weeks for OPD clients. This is no small adventure as there seem to be more barriers these days to coordinating and carrying out basic tasks than ever before in the detention center setting.
I just wanted to let you know how dedicated and professional your staff present and that it is appreciated by me and the OPD.
