Why PDG?

The goal of traditional psychiatric rehabilitation is to provide consumers with the supports necessary for them to remain in their homes with a minimal occurrence of hospitalization and symptomatic onset. Partnership Development Group is different. Our programs are recovery oriented. We know that individuals with mental illness and other disabilities can make a difference not only in themselves, but also within their communities. Partnership Development Group firmly believes that within each person is an untapped vocational capability.

Partnership Development Group prides itself on the professionalism and dedication of its employees. We support and encourage continuing education of our staff, most of whom have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field. In fact, through its tuition reimbursement program and internships, PDG has assisted many with obtaining their Masters Degree. We demand adherence to best practices in service delivery, and provide consistent high quality care.

In addition to our superb staff and outstanding programs, Partnership Development Group uses state-of-the-art wireless technology to document each service provided. This allows clinical and managerial staff to review progress immediately after the session has been completed.
