Job Coaching

This service is designed for those who have employable skills and are motivated to work but who require assistance with job attainment and retention.

This includes:

• researching job opportunities,
• the employment application process,
• resume development, and
• interviewing skills.

Once employed, PDG delivers job-coaching services for at least 90 days during the critical adjustment period, thereby increasing the probability of job retention. Our job coaches work alongside the individual at their workplace to assist in communication between the employee and the employer, to correct inappropriate behaviors and to ensure that the job tasks are performed as required.
