Anger Management

PDG Therapeutics offers a 10-week, in-person anger management course for adults 21+ years old. The course is designed to identify and address triggers, build self-awareness and coping skills, and establish the positive habits needed for ongoing personal success. 

Our classes are overseen by an Anger Management Certified Professional with years of experience in anger and conflict resolution, the criminal justice system, and successful adult rehabilitation.
